Our Policy

We offer exchanges only — no refunds unless the item is defective, or the customer returns it immediately to the courier upon delivery while the courier is still present.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, please note the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original, new condition, unworn, and with ‘minē tag attached.
  • All requests must be made within 48 hours from the date of receiving your order.
  • To request a refund or exchange, please DM us on Instagram, and our customer service team will assist you accordingly.
  • Items without ‘minē tag and/or requests submitted after 48 hours are not eligible for any post-purchase action.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a wrong item or a product with a manufacturing defect, we offer a free exchange or full refund (based on your preference). You should submit your request within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Processing & Availability

  • All exchanges and refunds are subject to a processing period of 2 weeks.
  • Exchanges are subject to item availability. If it’s unavailable, you may:
    1. Exchange it for another item, or
    2. Enjoy store credit with no expiry date.
